Paul Ellis Honorary Tournament
One of Coach Paul’s favorite things to do was to coach and play soccer. So, it is only fitting that our fundraising event is influenced by him:
On Friday May 9th 2025, we are hosting a fundraising event at the Rockville Centre Sports Complex (Bralower Field) to honor Coach Paul. The event will feature a soccer tournament, where young players of Rockville Centre Soccer and others are invited to form teams and recruit players to participate. The first session, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM, is for boys and girls in grades 1 through 4. The second session, from 7:45 to 9:15 PM, is for boys and girls in grades 5 through 8. Please bring cleats, shin guards, soccer socks, water, athletic clothing and any other personal items needed for playing soccer.
Form teams! You have the opportunity to make your own teams by filling out a section in the sign up form. Your team will have a team name, which you will enter on the sign up form. Each team can have a minimum of 8 players and a maximum of 10 players and will play the tournament together. If you are not part of a predetermined team, no worries! We will find a spot for you on a team of your age level. Colored pinnies will be provided to distinguish teams from each other
Participants will receive a free Paul Ellis Tournament t-shirt on event day with a sign up! Player sign ups can now be found in our store!
